Marketing

Odds Breakers is in just its third month of operation. The site receives 30,000 unique visitors per month and has a 10,000 user member base.

The marketing model for this site is a combination of contextual advertising with Google and Yahoo.Banner Ads on sports blogs, and online sports books.

| As well as the optimization of our profiles on Social Media Network’s.
|

We have just launched the Social Application “Super Pool” on Face Book and My space. In order to take advantage of the growing audience of Sports news and commentary on the web. We have also finalized an agreement to produce a weekly Sports show. The Uncut Sports Show has over 2 million video views between their You Tube Channel and Website. This number is up from 1.3 million just 30 days after we have taken over the production and distribution.

Revenue Model

The revenue model for Odds Breakers is three fold.

First, we have sponsorship revenue.

Each users profile is categorized by age, location, and activity level. Sponsors can place ads according to these relevant factors. Co-Sponsored Promotions are also available to advertisers and are displayed on the main page. We have recently secured a partnership with Bodog, the largest sports book in North America for a co-sponsored promotion.

The second part of our revenue model is the cappers corner section of the website.Cappers Corner is a place where amateur and professional handicappers can sell their picks to our community of users for legal wagering in Las Vegas or with an online sportsbook.

| If I was selling picks on my own website, and I said I went 21 and 2 for the season so far –Would you believe me?
Probably not. It wouldn’t matter how nice my website design was or how long I had been in business. I could easily not be telling you truth. |

| Our Cappers Corner application is the solution to that problem. Users whom would like to sell their picks, sign up for a monthly fee and create a profile. They make picks on their profile as well as commentary for each. Their picks and related data is recorded and shown to site visitors in real time. Users can purchase picks from the cappers corner members at the price they select. The users pay using a paypal integration and the members pick is revealed to the user through a secure
private message board. |

The last facet of our revenue model is the Bettors Edge platform. Bettors Edge provides up to the minute statistics on every major sports contest,as well as each player and the history of match ups between each team.

There are a handful of sites who provide this data to the public for a fee, however none of them combine that in depth data with the aggregate data showing how many people are picking which contests, from what location, and with what individual success rate.

Remember, odds making for gambling is not based on the likelihood of which team will win, but at what Point advantage will allow the sports books to receive even money on both teams.
